Hi it's Parmdeep Vadesha here. I am a full time property investor based in Leicestershire, England. However, things haven't always been this rosy...

I started off in the property business whilst working as a £5 ($10) per hour warehouse operative at a crisps factory. While my body worked 12 hour night shifts as a fork lift truck driver, my mind visualised much grander plans.

I dreamt of becoming a financially free property investor within 5 years.

To reach my goal I read property books at work and in my spare time at home I logged on to the Internet to continue learning from property websites.

Once I'd acquired enough knowledge, I started looking around for good property deals that I could pass on to more established property investors to earn myself fast finders fee commissions.

Even back then, I knew that every successful company and individual had a website so I also enrolled on several expensive courses on Internet marketing with the aim of learning how to create a website that I could use to find distressed sellers of below market value properties.

Whilst learning how to use the Internet I decided to invest some funds in newspaper advertising to get some deals coming in.

My first advertisement in the Leicester Mercury newspaper cost me more than my weekly wage which led me to accumulate quite significant debts. While the newspaper advertising slowly drained almost all of my money I put the rest into advertising on the Internet. 

My new found knowledge of Internet Marketing allowed me to quickly find desperate homeowners who wanted to sell their properties quickly at below market value prices usually due to repossession, emigration and divorce.  In fact...

Realising I'd struck something BIG I immediately cut down on my newspaper and yellow pages advertising and concentrated on the Internet to find most of my deals. 

I passed all the below market value deals on to more established property investors in return for a finders fee. Over time I decided to start buying the properties myself. Within just 3 years of starting I was financially free and in a position where I could focus full time on property.

I credit my websites and Internet marketing skills for allowing me to pursue my passion for property investment full time at an early age (I was 25 years old at the time).    

Other property investors inevitably got to hear about my successful techniques and approached me for advice and guidance.
